Paul Malinich, President
Paul was the founder of Set Free in 1999 and has served as President since that time. He has also served on the Board of Set Free since 2000. Paul was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Elizabethtown, PA from 1992 through 2002. He served there on the Staff-Parish Relations Committee and chaired the Council on Ministries. He was also a Sunday School teacher and taught the Disciple Bible Study. Paul is currently a member of Grace Church in Shrewsbury, PA. Paul is currently serving as a missionary for Set Free. Prior to being a missionary he was an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand and a manager for Woodstream Corporation. Paul has a B.S.B.A. in Accounting & Management Science from Shippensburg University.
Bob Kobzowicz, VicePresident
Bob has served as Vice-President of Set Free since 2000. He became a director in 2006. He has been a member of Christian Life Assembly in Camp Hill, PA since 2007. He has served as a life group leader and was member of the Financial Advisory Committee at his previous church, Christ Community Church. Bob is a former auditor with Coopers & Lybrand and accounting manager with Woodstream Corporation . He has been employed by Ag Choice Farm Credit since 2000 as Controller. He has a B. S. in Accounting from Oral Roberts University.
Linda Eberly, Secretary
Linda has served as the Secretary of Set Free since 2000. Her focus is on the communication aspects of the ministry. She has been a member of The Worship Center in Leola, PA since 2001. She is active in women’s small group ministry, where she is a section leader overseeing three groups. She also leads a small group and a book discussion group for leaders in the women’s ministry. Linda is active in her community, where she serves on the board of the youth center, helps to coordinate numerous town events as part of Main Street Mount Joy and the Chamber of Commerce. Linda has a B.A. in Art from Millersville University and an M.A. in Humanities from Penn State University. Since 1995 she has owned a graphic design business, Eberly Designs, Inc. She also teaches a graphic design course at Elizabethtown College.
Pam Formica, Treasurer
Pam began to serve in the role of Treasurer for Set Free in 2006. She and her family worship at St. James Catholic Church and Salem Lutheran Church, both in Lititz, PA. Pam currently serves as Vice President Finance for Brethren Village, a provider of senior living housing in Lancaster County. In addition to being a member of the leadership team, she occasionally teaches Sunday School for the residents of Brethren Village. Pam previously worked in a similar role at Masonic Homes in Elizabethtown. Her professional experience began as an auditor at Coopers & Lybrand in Harrisburg during which time she obtained her license as a certified public accountant. She received her B.S. in Accounting from Elizabethtown College.
Shannon Billante, Administrator
Shannon began serving as Administrator for Set Free in 2006. She was a founding member of Community Alliance Church (CAC) in Harrisburg, PA in 1998. She has served CAC as Secretary, Treasurer and small group leader as the church has grown. Shannon has a B.A. in Business from Grove City College. She was formerly a Human Resource Specialist with Price Waterhouse and then CIBER, Inc. She now splits her time as a mom of three and as Administrator for Community Alliance Church.
